Early foreign language learning reinforces literacy skills and nurtures children’s enthusiasm. 

We have optional French lessons for our two's and pre-school children each week during term time. 

Our qualified external provider carefully plans and delivers these sessions at Greyfell Academy to ensure they are educational whilst still being fun through games, songs and rhymes.

Our Forestry School takes part within our extensive outdoor grounds and provides a safe and supportive hands-on learning experience centred around the great outdoors and is taught by our qualified Forestry School teacher.

Our sports lessons are taught by external ,experienced and qualified professionals. A great way to get active whilst having fun and developing fine motor skills through the use of sporting equipment and games.

Music and Movement is a fantastic optional interactive class that your child/children can participate in these classes during their time and is available for all ages. A great way for children to learn and develop new skills through music, singing and movement. With the weekly term time visit from a specially trained and experienced class teacher and the help from the cheery mascot doll 'Jo', children will receive some hands-on fun with a least two percussion instruments such as tambourines, drums and bells.
